Edmonton climate: Not too shabby for the primary full day of fall

There is nothing to complain about because today’s forecast is for mostly sunny skies, a bit of a breeze and a daytime high of 21 C. It’s practically perfect for the first full day of fall.
Looking ahead in the forecast there is more wonderful fall weather to come.
I think the universe is taking it easy on me. This is the first fall with a dog, which means that being outdoors and walking is essential. I’m grateful for the nice temperatures that we are having because it makes getting out there each day, multiple times a day, easier to take.
I’m afraid of being spoiled now will make dealing with the colder temperatures more difficult.
