The Asian culinary brand marks its third Canadian location in Currents of Windermere in southwest Edmonton.

According to a press release, the location is scheduled to open “early 2022”.

“We are delighted to welcome the world-renowned PF Chang’s to Currents of Windermere,” said Tony Prsa, Alberta vice president for Harvard Developments.

“We are thrilled that they have chosen our development for their first location in Alberta, and we know that this will truly be a one-of-a-kind dining experience that will draw visitors not just from our city but from our entire province.”

The 6,000-square-foot restaurant is being developed by Harvard and local franchisee group Fusion 8.

This will be the third Canadian location after Montreal and Winnipeg.

PF Chang’s first opened in Arizona in 1993.
